OVERFLOWING

I know my last post mentioned my ranting about the traffic I encountered last time… allow me to express another unpleasant experience that I had this morning, on my way to work. Pardon me please.

It was raining last night, but little did I know the consequences of the rain. It was not raining that hard, though the rain lasted for hours. That is a fact.

A little disappointed as I was for receiving a call at 5:30 AM (it was from a friend working abroad) since I was still sleepy, and the BED weather added to my desire to sleep, I still entertained the call. BUT I was also thankful for that call for I was able to prepare earlier and left our house at an earlier time also. I took a different route, to avoid the flood in the usual road that I take. However, it seemed that you will encounter flood everywhere! I deviated from the path that I was leading to, only to find out that I will be welcomed again by the flood in the other road. *sigh* I had no choice but to go on, silently praying that I will reach my destination safely.

I did, only a few minutes late but still okei. Then I received texts from friends that they were stucked in traffic. Oh, that was really sad. Then, when I transfered to the other company, the guard will not let me in, he did not open the gate in spite of my constant blowing of the horn.. then he told me that he was used to checking for the plate number of the car before opening the gate. MY CAR HAD NO PLATE NUMBER AT THE FRONT. Huh? What? I did not know…Where? It must be floating there on the flooded streets. Huhuhu… Where art thou PST?????

So I will rest.. cancel the trip to SM to pay my bills, we were planning to watch a movie but I want to stay here at home. A friend is supposed to go here…I don’t know if she will reach Cavite with all the floods in Manila. *sigh*
