NONSTOP

With Globe’s celebRATE, my friends and I are now enjoying unlimited texting through TXTNONSTOP…

And my friends are really into it! It’s like having conversation ala-YM conference, since we group send the messages. It’s fun! But it floods messages in our inbox, my phone memory screams “memory full, delete mesages” And my cellphone battery that usually lasts 3 days now performs its function in <24 hours. Howell….

So to those who receive my forwarded texts.. this will be until the 27th only! I’m making the most out of it! You’ll miss me after the 27th. Hehe..

“KAGAT NG LANGGAM?”

This is a typical scene in a blood bank… pardon me for the bangles, hehe

It has always been my pleasure to donate blood. For me it is an indication that I am healthy and free from any disease. It was my 4th blood donation last Sunday. The feeling will always be — I’m glad that I was able to help in my own little way.

With this, I look forward to the next blood donation - that is, after six months if the need arises.

SAME FREQUENCY

It was a long day… I forgot to eat my lunch, visited an old friend, then graced the sportsfest opening and acted as one of the judges..

Then I went to the mall to meet my best friend, only to find out that our blouses were of the same style and color. and when I saw her coming closer, I noticed she was also in denim skirt! Haha… If I wore my white flats and used my white bag… oh well!

My late lunch, though really late at 8PM… was worth the wait. Crunchy pizza, chicken and mojos, plus root beer float!

We agreed not to watch a movie for we both felt sleepy after a full meal!

happy weekend to all!

DREAMS

All my life
Is changing everyday
In every possible way
And all my dreams
It’s never quite as it seems
Never quite as it seems
I know I’ve felt like this before
But now I’m feeling it even more
Because it came from you
And then I open up and see
The person falling here is me
A different way to be
Lalalaah lalalah lalalaah la la la
I want more (impossible to ignore)
(impossible to ignore)
And they’ll come true (impossible not to do)
(impossible not to do)
And now I tell you openly
You have my heart so don’t hurt me
You’re what I couldn’t find
A totally amazing mind
So understanding and so kind
You’re everything to me

All my life
Is changing everyday
In every possible way
And all my dreams
It’s never quite as it seems
Because you’re a dream to me (a dream to me)

For the past few days I have been wondering what could be wrong or abrnormal with my senses, for I have been having dreams, which are so vague, though not creepy, but I actually find it unusual, for they are the continuation of the things that happened to me within the day.

To cite a few of them:
1. I watched Dubai, and I listened to a PNE cd before going to bed — I dreamt that I was having a vacation in Dubai with PNE. Aaahh, I wish!
2. I had a short chat with my former resident, now based in Florida, since I saw him through webcam, I was able to see how his house looks like — so I dreamt that I visited their house in Florida and said hello to his wife, my former intern who is now 4 months pregnant! Gosh..

I wonder what I will dream of in the coming days….

WHATEVER…

Too lazy to update for the past few days…

I have much to say yet I’m running of words to post here. I guess I’m a bit emotionally disturbed.

Must be the weather…or the circumstances? What about the unpleasant things happening around?

Will be busy in the next few hours, at least I won’t be left alone contemplating on things that will make me sad. Then I also hope that our plans for the get-together tonight will push through. It’s about time, a friend will be miles away by next week

MED BREAK

I received this email and thought it was really funny, at least from my point of view..hehe. To those who can relate, go laugh with me!

When a panel of Doctors was asked to vote on adding a new wing to their
hospital, the Allergologists voted to scratch it and the Dermatologists
advised no rash moves.

The Gastroenterologists had a gut feeling about it, but the Neurologists
thought the administration had a lot of nerve, and the Obstetricians
stated that they were all labouring under a misconception. The Ophthalmologists
considered the idea short-sighted; the Pathologists yelled, “Over my
dead body!” while the Pediatricians said, “Grow up!”

The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness; the Surgeons decided to wash their hands off the whole thing, and the Radiologists could see right through it!

Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow. Plastic Surgeons said,”This puts a whole new face on the matter.” The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists felt the scheme wouldn’t hold water.

The Anaesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and the Cardiologists didn’t have the heart to say no.

And in the end, the Proctologists left the decision up to some asshole who didn’t give a shit.

EPILOGUE

Unti-unting tumitila

(Oooohhh)

I have been singing this song for the past few days..actually it is also my ringback, hehe. La lang.

Not really mushy, but memories of you came to my mind just a little bit. I went to the mall alone yesterday and did some shopping, and when three bags became too heavy, I missed that extra hand that used to rescue me.

Then I woke up and remembered that fairy tales have endings, and novels have their final chapters. Just like in a sentence, we place a period to close the content that we are trying to imply. Movies also have the ends..

No more floods please.

OVERFLOWING

I know my last post mentioned my ranting about the traffic I encountered last time… allow me to express another unpleasant experience that I had this morning, on my way to work. Pardon me please.

It was raining last night, but little did I know the consequences of the rain. It was not raining that hard, though the rain lasted for hours. That is a fact.

A little disappointed as I was for receiving a call at 5:30 AM (it was from a friend working abroad) since I was still sleepy, and the BED weather added to my desire to sleep, I still entertained the call. BUT I was also thankful for that call for I was able to prepare earlier and left our house at an earlier time also. I took a different route, to avoid the flood in the usual road that I take. However, it seemed that you will encounter flood everywhere! I deviated from the path that I was leading to, only to find out that I will be welcomed again by the flood in the other road. *sigh* I had no choice but to go on, silently praying that I will reach my destination safely.

I did, only a few minutes late but still okei. Then I received texts from friends that they were stucked in traffic. Oh, that was really sad. Then, when I transfered to the other company, the guard will not let me in, he did not open the gate in spite of my constant blowing of the horn.. then he told me that he was used to checking for the plate number of the car before opening the gate. MY CAR HAD NO PLATE NUMBER AT THE FRONT. Huh? What? I did not know…Where? It must be floating there on the flooded streets. Huhuhu… Where art thou PST?????

So I will rest.. cancel the trip to SM to pay my bills, we were planning to watch a movie but I want to stay here at home. A friend is supposed to go here…I don’t know if she will reach Cavite with all the floods in Manila. *sigh*
